​When we say that 30% of the world’s glass market is formed using an OMCO mould, it is more than a statistic. It means that every third glass bottle worldwide is shaped by a mould engineered and produced by OMCO Group.

We did not reach that scale by focusing on a single niche. We support the full spectrum of hollow glass packaging, from beverages and food containers to perfumery and pharmaceutical applications. It includes everything from 5 millilitre vials to 8 litre bottles.

Our OMCO Moulds mould

More Than Just Moulds

Behind every glass bottle stands a mould set that is far from simple.

Each complete mould set contains 10 to 12 different precision engineered components that work together under intense thermal and mechanical stress. Molten glass, high cycle speeds and pressure variations push materials and tolerances to their limits.

At OMCO, we manufacture every mould set entirely in house. The process includes casting of base materials, high precision machining, laser welding, assembly and finishing.

This level of control ensures consistency at every stage of production, from raw material selection to final geometry. We do not inspect quality into the product at the end. We build it in from the start.
